Welcome to CRM Config. By using our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

CRM Config provides consultancy services for Salesforce and MVP (Minimum Viable Products) development. The specific scope of work is agreed upon per project.

2. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights regarding software, designs, and advice developed by us remain with CRM Config unless agreed otherwise in writing. Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive right of use.

3. Liability

CRM Config strives to deliver high-quality services. However, we are not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profits resulting from the use of our services, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

4. Governing Law

These terms and all agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
